Juniper Landscape Company provides a range of services including landscape maintenance, design/build, enhancements, irrigation and tree work.

Below are a few common questions we often receive about our landscape services and would like to provide additional information upfront to make sure we’re a good fit for one another.

How often do you come and how much do your landscape maintenance services cost?

WEEKLY: Our recommended and preferred service frequency is weekly. This allows us to be proactive. Our minimum for weekly service is $1,200.00 per month.

What if I need a clean-up completed that is outside the scope of regular maintenance visits?

We bid clean-ups by the hour as an initial Estimate and will typically include a not to exceed amount. Clean-ups cost $120.00 per hour for the crew. We will bill for hauling and dump fees. We have a 3-hour minimum for all clean-ups to cover drivetime and overhead.

What if I need my irrigation or low-voltage lighting system repaired?

For both irrigation and low-voltage lighting repairs we charge $80-90.00 per hour plus required materials for troubleshooting and repair work. We have a 3-hour minimum for all irrigation and low-voltage lighting repairs to cover drivetime and overhead.

What if I need trees trimmed?

If you have trees on your property that need to be trimmed, we can provide an estimate as every tree and scenario is unique. We will need to see pictures to be able to provide an accurate estimate.

How does your design/build process work?

The design process costs $2,500.00 minimum up front, but, the fee can be higher if the design is complex, or the site is large.
Once our designer meets with you onsite, we can quickly provide an accurate estimate for design.
Since we charge for the design, you own it. We end up building over 90% of the jobs we design.
The first step is to schedule a quick 5–10-minute phone call so we can talk through your high-level design needs, ask some questions about your site, and discuss your overall project budget.
The second step is visiting your site(for free)to discuss your design aesthetic, project goals, and get an overall sense for the space.
The third step is to provide you with design proposal to create a scaled and detailed CAD or hand-drawn design. The design and plan will include plant types, sizes, quantities and all other material callouts.
The fourth step is creating the design with enough detail to accurately estimate, pull any required permits, and ultimately construct and build your project.
It really helps our designers know your budget range for the project so we can appropriately create a design aligned with your budget. The minimum project budget for construction is $30,000.
